I want to blog, really...

but I am too tired from all the cleaning and the packing and the repotting of strawberries and tomatoes that needed to get done here before we go there:

And I have to get to bed about an hour ago, because I am getting up at the crackalack of dawn tomorrow to throw our bags into the car, find our way to the airport and stave off the inevitable mini-panic attack that accompanies every flight I ever take (and thanks, LOST for giving my imagination some fan-freaking-tastic horrific images to take with me into that panic attack. Awesome job).

So because of that (and also because of the splinter that is lodged in the fleshy little pad of my middle finger and hurts like a mother, a result of the aforementioned repotting of produce on the wooden back porch) I am not going to be writing a lot tonight.

But I'll write from the beach!
